Terms for using MySiteWorks construction project management software.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using MySiteWorks you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the project, expense, and partner data you enter, and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Acceptable use

The app is provided for legitimate construction project management. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access another user’s data without authorization, or upload unlawful content.

Data accuracy

Amounts, ownership splits, and progress figures shown in the app are calculated from the data you and your collaborators enter. We are not responsible for decisions made based on inaccurate inputs.

Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time. This permanently removes your projects, documents, expenses, payments, and uploaded files, and cannot be undone. Follow the deletion instructions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
