How MySiteWorks collects, stores and uses account and construction project data.

Information we collect

We collect the account information you provide (name, email, phone), project data you enter (expenses, progress updates, documents, partner and payment details), and files you upload such as receipts, photos, and documents.

How we use your information

Your data is used to run the app for you: showing your projects, calculating partner shares and capital calls, tracking expenses and progress, and sending you notifications about activity on your projects.

Storage and security

Data is stored using Firebase (Google Cloud) with access controlled by project membership. Only people you invite to a project — or who share the project with you — can see that project’s data.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. Data is only shared with the infrastructure providers needed to run the app (for example Firebase for authentication, database, and file storage).

Your choices

You can edit your profile information at any time, and you can permanently delete your account and all associated data. See Delete Account.

Website measurement

Public marketing pages can record a page view and a button click, such as “create an account” or “book a demo by email”, only when that website build is given a measurement id. Those events do not include project expenses, documents, payment amounts, or the contents of an account. The current published configuration does not include a measurement id, so those events are not sent until one is configured. Demo requests today are email messages you send yourself to support@mysiteworks.in.
